Chris Leto
I’m Chris Leto — a Tampa native, proud USF Bull, and lifelong learner forged in the foundry of my family business, Tampa Brass & Aluminum. From pouring molten metal as a kid to leading our company as CEO, I’ve touched every corner of the shop floor and boardroom. My true calling, though, has always been sales — not just the numbers, but the relationships, the trust, and the drive to build something meaningful.
My journey hasn’t been without challenges, but faith, family, and a Zig Ziglar quote changed my life and leadership forever. I believe in giving back — whether it’s through charity work like the Maluko’s Golf Tournament or mentoring the next generation of professionals.
Today, I’m blessed with a loving wife of 37 years, two incredible sons and their families, and a mission that keeps me energized: supporting my team, my community, and doing what I love every day.
